Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused credits, except in the cases listed below or where the law requires a refund.
• Failed photos don't cost you: if a generation fails on our side, its credit goes back to your balance automatically.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the Weekly or Monthly plan at any time:

• in your account settings, under billing; or
• by emailing contact@vibelune.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Cancel my subscription”.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you can keep using your plan and its remaining credits until that period ends. Unused subscription credits expire when the period ends. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Weekly plan introductory week

The Weekly plan starts at US$2.99 for your first week and then renews automatically at US$5.99 per week. To avoid the US$5.99 charge, cancel before your first week ends. You keep your 60 first-week credits until then.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel. Their credits don't expire while your account is open.

2. Refunds

Because credits and plan access are delivered to your account immediately and our AI processing costs us money as soon as you use it, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused credits, and plans you didn't use. We will, however, refund you in these cases:

• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Billing error: you were charged an amount different from the price shown to you at purchase.
• Charge after cancelling: a subscription renewed after you had cancelled it in time.
• Service discontinued: if we stop offering Vibelune, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period and the value of unused credit-pack credits.
• Where the law requires it, including the rights described in section 3.

To ask for a refund, email contact@vibelune.app within 30 days of the charge, with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. If you live in the EEA, UK or Switzerland

Consumers in these countries may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. When you buy a plan or credit pack, you ask us to make it available immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once we do, to the extent the law allows. If the right still applies to you, email contact@vibelune.app within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you as the law requires; the refund may be reduced in proportion to the credits or service you have already used. This doesn't affect your other statutory rights.

4. Failed generations

If a photo fails to process because of a problem on our side, we return its credit to your balance automatically; you don't need to ask. Retrying the photo uses a credit as normal. Results you're unhappy with for other reasons (for example, you don't like the look) are not failures, but you can re-roll or edit them for one credit each.

5. Charges you don't recognize

Vibelune charges appear on your card statement as “VIBELUNE” or “STACK MAX LLC”. If you see a charge you don't recognize or think is wrong, please contact us at contact@vibelune.app or +1 (702) 359-3841 before disputing it with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the “last updated” date shown above.
