Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Vibelune is for changing the light, camera and mood of your own photos. This policy sets out what isn't allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service, and it applies to everything you upload, every instruction you type, and how you use the results.
1. Only upload photos you have the right to edit
- Upload photos you took, or that you have permission to use and edit.
- If a photo shows other people, make sure they are okay with it being edited and shared.
- Don't upload photos that infringe someone else's copyright or privacy.
2. Edits we block
You may not use Vibelune to create, or try to create:
- Nudity or sexual content of any kind, including “undressing” someone or making clothing see-through.
- Edits of photos that appear to show anyone under 18. We block these regardless of the edit requested.
- Body reshaping, such as making someone thinner, curvier, taller or more muscular, or changing their face shape.
- Changes to someone's identity, such as their skin tone, ethnicity, age or facial features, beyond the small fixes our edit options offer (like opening eyes or removing glare).
- Intimate or humiliating images of real people without their consent.
3. Other things that aren't allowed
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, defaming or sexualizing anyone, or creating content that promotes hate or violence against people based on who they are.
- Impersonating someone, or using results to deceive people, for example fake evidence, fake identity documents, scams or political misinformation.
- Graphic violence, gore or self-harm content.
- Anything illegal where you live or in the United States.
- Trying to get around our safety checks, for example by rewording blocked requests or splitting them into steps.
- Misusing the Service itself: scraping or automated access, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, reselling access, sharing accounts, or creating accounts to abuse offers.
4. How we enforce this policy
We use automated safety checks and, when needed, human review. We may refuse any request. If you break this policy, we may remove content, suspend or close your account without a refund, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the authorities. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as the law requires.
5. Report misuse
If you believe Vibelune has been used to create content that harms you or someone else, or that uses your photo without permission, email contact@vibelune.app with “Report” in the subject and as much detail as you can. We review every report. If someone's safety is at risk, contact your local emergency services first.
